Operation Imminent
Operation Imminent – the podcast for young doctors who are at the beginning of their careers. For people who want to reconcile family and work in a stressful environment. For people who want to take the lead. For people who want to improve collaboration in medicine. We take a look behind the scenes of everyday hospital life and interview personalities who speak openly about careers, leadership and collaboration.
What are we doing here?
We meet doctors who are committed. For those who are still at the beginning of their careers. For young people who want to combine work and family in a stressful environment. For managers who want to lead humanely despite high economic pressure in the clinic. We lead our listeners into the areas of the work environment that are more hidden. And have already received a lot of inspiring insights into an exciting job.
Better decisions in times of stress
Increasing quality measurement, economic pressure, responsible patients and, last but not least, employees who demand a good work-life balance: factors that do not make the head doctor’s job any easier. The new role of chief physicians is challenging. In our podcast today I want to know: How do I deal with stress? How do I deal with mistakes? And how do I deal with pressure?
“Our own freedom begins where we begin to treat ourselves honestly and benevolently.”
Christian Macke, leadership at Dietz Training & Partner, about himself:
“With clarity and cordiality, I am committed to ensuring that people develop their own strength and creativity. I enjoy being a manager, explorer, lateral thinker and an understanding listener. My clients appreciate my peace and quiet and the shared exploration space in which we quickly get to the point. In the designated corporate succession of Dietz Training und Partner, I stand for the fact that we continuously improve the sustainability of our offers and procedures.
Before that, I ran hospitals in private clinic groups for 11 years. The experience of developing teams of experts in a complex business operation was particularly valuable to me. As a systemic organizational developer and coach with further training in psychotherapy, I love learning myself and exploring complex relationships with my clients more deeply. With the increase in awareness, new options for action arise. ”
